Product images are provided as a guide only. Actual products may differ slightly due to natural timber variation, lighting, screen settings and handcrafted manufacturing processes.
Dimensions listed on this website are approximate and may vary slightly within normal manufacturing tolerances.
Timber Selection
Where customers are able to select a timber species, the finished product will reflect the natural characteristics of that species. We cannot guarantee that the finished product will exactly match website images or previous projects.
Pricing
All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Prices may change without notice. We reserve the right to amend pricing, specifications and product availability at any time.
Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance by Harrwoods Timber Co.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where necessary, including where pricing errors have occurred or products are unavailable.
For custom-made products, production will generally commence once payment has been received (or as otherwise agreed in writing).
Product Care
Timber products require appropriate care and maintenance. Customers are responsible for following any care instructions provided by Harrwoods Timber Co.
Improper installation, misuse, exposure to excessive moisture, direct sunlight, harsh chemicals or unsuitable environmental conditions may affect the appearance and performance of timber products and is not covered by warranty.

To the fullest extent permitted by Australian law, Harrwoods Timber Co will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or our products.
